WHAT WE DO
Our mid sized MD Notar 520 Helicopter allows us to carry out a wide range of operations.
Coast To Coast Helicopters are based out of Picton Marlborough Sounds at the top of the South Island. Offering a broad range of services from Scenic flights and Adventure sports to Agricultural services, crop spraying, lifting, wild animal control and fire fighting.
Coast To Coast Helicopters have been operating since 1997 and are certified by the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority for Agricultural Operations and General Aviation Air Transport Operations. We have current concessions granted by the Department of Conservation to operate in Marlborough. This allows access to National Parks in the Richmond Ranges.
Alister and Sarah are based in Picton and with over 30 years each as pilots in the aviation industry, they have a good understanding of and level of experience.
WHO WE ARE
Alistar Twisleton
Born and bred on the East Coast at Motu near Gisborne, Alister grew up on a stud cattle farm and has always had a passion for the land. He has been involved with helicopters since leaving school and has a broad knowledge of the industry.
Sarah Twisleton
Sarah grew up on a farm also but in the opposite direction, West Otago. She also has deep connections rurally and a long history and passion for aviation. A fixed wing pilot with over 14,000 hours.
